Why do some products say "Request Freight Quote?"
The majority of our products are what is deemed too large for common carries such as USPS, UPS & Fedex. Because of the size and volatility of freight costs, its best not to give a one size fits all solution. Once your request is received we will diligently work with the manufacture and freight carriers to find you the best price possible. Yes, we have a wide variety of products and have a relationship with a lot of manufactures. Please reach out and if we can not assist we will gladly point you in the right direction.
Do you offer any additional discounts?
We strive to keep prices below the competition. Due to already offering the best price possible we are limited on offering any further discounts. Some of our items may qualify for bulk discount so if you find yourself in need of buying bulk, let us know.
What are you product warranties?
Each manufacturer carries their own warranty. Because of this we will do our best in supplying you with the manufactures warranty policies.
Do your products require Install or do you have installers?
A lot of our products do require assembly and we do supply instructions with each purchase. If you are not wanting to handle the job yourself, most local general contractors would be up for the task. We also have relationships with many installers nationwide, so it doesn't hurt to ask!
Do you offer free shipping?
Due to the cost and logistics of freight, we do not offer free shipping on larger items. We are glad to offer free shipping on electrical equipment of 500 dollars or more. Free shipping will be applied at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Our goal is your satisfaction and we know that may include returns. Unfortunately, due to most of our item being special order we are limited on return. Special order & freight items are non-refundable and non-returnable. If a return is approved, a minimum 30% restocking fee may be charged on any order cancelled after customer approval. All returns must have a RMA or will be returned to sender at the sender's expense. The party returning the merchandise will be liable to pay all returning freight charges. The item(s) must be returned in re-sellable condition and or a credit will be prorated for any damaged items. Freight charges to and from customer’s location(s) are non-refundable.
